I was very happy with this app, until I upgraded, now I cant load my profile because it crashes every single time I try.

Nice, if somewhat limited, app now crashes with old profile. Why would you minor update an app so that it cannot access old data? Big value of app was analysis of progress over time - now useless. Bandai/ Namco has no QA? Seriously?

Like everyone, the new update makes an old profile crash upon starting. So I made a new profile - and all the old crashes are still there. The last update just added new bugs. Nice job.

I would open daily to train but was always locked out as "you already trained your brain today". Keep your $$

The app is unplayable since it crashes after you choose your profile. This has been going on for awhile now, please fix.

This app used to be useful. However since upgrading to iOS 7, the newest version of this app doesnt function at all. It will ask for sound and then to touch the screen, but then it crashes after that every time and theres no way to open it.

Updated this on an older device, and it works fine. But I noticed that GONE is the option to UPLOAD profile scores and such. I dont know that very many people did this anyway. The original version appeared to have this option, but it didnt work. The previous update allowed profiles to be uploaded. Now that button is gone entirely. Why dont they just tie that stuff into Game Center? Reading reviews saying that this update crashes in iOS 7, Ill hold off on updating another device. Sounds like they could really use more Beta testing and testers. Other than these issues, the graphics look sharper now. And, generally speaking, I like the app and it helps keep my brain on top of some of the basics.

Please add a "play again" button after game is over for quick games

Awful. The directions do not explain what is to be done. Too many assumptions are made on the part of the developers. Twice I’ve played “follow the pencil,” and both times I scored 0 points - how can one’s brain be trained when the instructions are unclear and NO demonstration is given. Can you imagine what my “brain age” is when a 0 is scored on the exercise? A total revamp is needed.

This app was out of commission for me for almost 2 years due to a lack of update, however, they fixed it and I couldnt be happier. I didnt even mind I had to start my profile over; this app is a must have! I recommend playing every mini game, 3 times per day achieving at least a rank of Human before moving onto the next. After a month of training every day, youll notice a much apparent difference in quickness and brain function.

what terrible instructions. i have *no clue* how it is supposed to be done! on the second instructions screen, you should show the sample *completed* - a sample solution! not just an example of what the puzzle looks like. that’s useless. UX FAIL. also, the music and the doctor animations are lame compared to the original nintendo DS one i played years ago; zero charm or style. come on guys! is this like the intern’s app? brain training apps are all the rage now, and you guys have *the original* and you’re wasting it. show some effort - namco is supposed to be a AAA production house.

I loved this app and would have given it 5 stars EXCEPT it no longer works with iPhone 6+. Its like its off-center so when I "tap," it doesnt register. Please update!

Played this every day for many years. Now I cant because iPhone 6 doesnt support it!!

When I heard there was a game from Dr. Kawashima on the App Store I downloaded it immediately without even checking the reviews because of the good experiences Ive had with the brain training series on the DS/3DS. This game is just not functional at least on an iPhone 6 plus. It doesnt seem to be displaying correctly. To make one of the buttons work I have to tap below it (directly above a different button actually) and the button make the dialogue that asks you to enter your name does not work at all. There is no point in the screen I can tap to make the button work. I am sure the content of the app is good enough, but it is not currently working on iPhone 6 plus.
