Great game, bad navigation
This is a great and addictive game and helps developing the brain instead of just keeping you busy or so it says. The design of the UI is however disappointing. Heres what I think about the game:
PROS: Great games in the title. Online profile. Compare results with other players. Keeping track of progress.
CONS: The interface is not well designed. It takes 4 taps and close to 15 seconds to just get to the main page, and 12 menu items of which 3 is only visible. The game asks every time it starts whether I want to use sound instead of saving it once in each user profile. I feel like Im working with a TV remote instead of an iPhone app. Every time I start a Quick Play game, it takes 4 taps to start the game and theres no way to disable those training and introduction pages of games go away. Namco could combine it all in one page. Also if they could make the progress bar in the game horizontal instead of vertical, some more space is freed up for the game itself. I cannot save Sudoku game to continue later. Online scores dont tell me how many people are there in total, I just see 20 people around myself. Help doesnt explain what letters H and E beside score icons stand for.
I hope Namco will improve the UI with next updates.
